West Coast Bible Study 3.975 MHz
An open Bible on a wooden desk by a window: a steaming coffee mug with the West Coast Bible Study oval logo, an Icom IC-7300 tuned to 3.975 MHz with a teal spectrum display, and a vintage stand microphone, looking out over a misty Pacific coast with sea stacks and firs in golden hour light

About us

Since 1957, on the air every morning

We are a nondenominational group of ham radio operators that meet daily to study the Bible and to fellowship with one another, since 1957.

No church, no denomination, no program beyond the Word and each other. A morning net on 3.975 MHz — check-in at 0540 PST, study at 0600 PST, seven days a week — that has carried operators and listeners through more than sixty years of sunrises, storms, and seasons.

Pastor Max — Current Net Control

Pastor Max keys the net each morning, opens the check-in, and leads the study. Behind him: the familiar desk rig, log books, and the quiet discipline of a life spent at the mike.

Full transcripts, summaries, and recordings of the study are kept in the archives.

Come as you are

Licensed or listening only, on voice or web — there is room at the desk. If you have an HF rig, tune to 3.975 MHz and listen for the check-in at 0540. Without one, the web receivers on the Links page bring the net straight to your screen.
